He was unwilling to do an exchange for a pair of pants that is unwashed and unworn and I have proof of purchase on my account. All he did was argue and was so rude. He did not listen and I even pulled up their website to show proof that for an exchange that you dont need anything for a different size. All he did was walk away while I was talking to him. Do not ever shop at this store because Colby the manager will leave you absolutely so unsatisfied. He’s the skinny brown haired arrogant jerk
