  I’ve had multiple online pickup experiences at the Lehi Cabela’s location, and unfortunately, every single one has been frustrating. The wait times are consistently long, even when the store appears to be quiet. What’s more concerning is the attitude of the staff at the customer service / pickup counter — it often feels dismissive and unwelcoming, which is not what I expect from a Bass Pro Shops brand. This is not a one-time issue. I’ve come in for pickup several times, and the experience has been the same each time: slow service, lack of urgency, and poor customer interaction. If the team is understaffed, that’s understandable — but if employees are simply unwilling to provide basic customer service, that’s a bigger problem. Customers shouldn’t feel like they’re inconveniencing staff just by picking up an order. I hope management takes a serious look at this location’s customer service operations, because it’s far below the standard associated with the brand.

  We came at a perfect time, wasn't too busy. They have a small aquarium, my little one loved it. The associates were very friendly and helpful. Jeff heard my little one having a meltdown and offered a candy to help calm him down. It was such a nice gesture! The cashier who check us out was very friendly as well.

  Mitchell is amazing. He helped me select a pair of work boots and I absolutely love them. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks Mitchell!

  Well they did it again lol. Cabelas/bass pro is a joke. I highly suggest everyone use anybody but these clowns. They lost the sale of a boat from me in September 2025. That’s 19,000.00 they def don’t care to have I guess. $2000 more today because they have people directing that shouldn’t be. This is about the fifth one in a year. I don’t think they actually tell the employees anything they just throw them under the bus and cancel your order like it’s no big deal. Funny thing is is this place is empty of people every time I go in there. 80% of people walk out of that building with nothing in their hands. I will officially count Cabelas as taking a dirt nap for the rest of my days. RIP

  This location has more handicap parking spots than taxidermy. I would be nice if I felt prioritized when I visit by being able to park close to the entrance. I’m all for exercise but the message is odd. Maybe this location has a wheelchair convention once a month. ???
