Absolutely ridiculous. I've called at different times in the day and have tried every single department and no one answers at all.

Empower your management to take care of the guest. I was well aware that I missed the return window by five days, though I just wanted to exchange for a different size. The shirt I wore and washed I did not attempt to return as that would not be ok. Though the other I thought an exchange would be ok even after the window. I went and found three shirts that all fit great. I then went to check out and the young man said he would have to get a manager. Well the Manager was not at all interested in making an exchange. The answer was NO. I liked the shirts selected so much that I drove to the next nearest store and this time did not present my receipt. Still had some hoops to jump through but was granted my exchange and purchased the three shirts. Moral of the story take care of your customers and empower your people.
