- MHMakenna HallOct 16, 20252.0Love American Eagle but I went to this location tonight to get help with an order that unfortunately was missing a top to a pajama set I had bought. I was met with a very not so helpful and mean manager who right away gave me a lot of attitude… I’m not a confrontational person so I just left and went to the Farmington location instead. Those girls at the Farmington location were so helpful and kind about the situation, they made what started out as a really upsetting situation for me into a good night.💓 will definitely be driving out to the Farmington station store from now on instead of the Layton store.
- TLTracy LevesqueOct 16, 20251.038 hours past 30 days, wouldn't allow a return because I paid debt vs credit card. Every tag attached and receipt. Id rather sell it at half price then give my money to AE. Not interested in store credit, won't shop at AE ever again.
- TTTJSep 27, 20255.0We had a great experience at this AE last night. We walked in 25 mins before they closed and the staff was super friendly and professional. I didn’t catch the one employee’s name, she had long dark hair and braces, she was so friendly and helpful with my return and getting us into a fitting room. We had a little bit of an incident in the store with one of my kids being sick. The staff went above and beyond to help us! I can’t tell you how nice and accommodating they were! I will gladly drive the hour to shop at this location. Veronica, the manager, was AMAZING! I was just super impressed with the customer service! Thank you all so much!

- CCChrisSep 8, 20251.0This location of American eagle is the worst. The girls working there don’t greet you at all. They actually seem rude and put out that you’re there. The sale signs are deceiving. A pair of jeans were marked on sale and the sale sign had the same descriptions as the Jean tags but when they rung up at regular price I was told it was only the cheetah print although it didn’t say that anywhere. There was a long line with one person ringing people out while the other workers ignored customers and talked amongst themselves. I usually love shopping at American eagle but the past few times I’ve gone to that location have been negative. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.
