- SKSnow KnightSep 3, 20191.0I am a big sunglass fan and own several pairs, I have shopped at this store for sunglasses several times though out the last 3 years. In the last few months I have noticed a big decrease in customer service. The employees don't seem to care at all about what I'm asking for they just recommend what ever is popular then walk away. I was told they got a new manager early this year which would explain the difference in customer service. I will not be coming back and will take my business to a store that will actually help me instead of just walking away after they say hello.
