Purchased the item 3 weeks prior at a different location and was told they could no longer find the UPC for it. Had another customer making a return right next to me, and it just seemed like they adamantly go out of their way to say no to customers. Customer service is very clearly something that's not ingrained within their culture. They brush it off. A $20 return is a drop in the bucket for such a large store, but a poor customer service experience will always linger for any customer. I'll probably get a "We're sorry to hear about your experience..." word vomit, but they never deliver actual results.
