I had an extremely frustrating situation happen at another location and they made my night better just by being helpful and kind about my problem and helped me fix it quickly. Definitely have never had a bad shopping experience at this location. 💓

As I was holding items, the associate offered me a fitting room, and she proceeded to tell me the benefits of opening a credit card with AE. When I walked into the fitting room, an associate asked us what brought us in, and asked for our names. All the associates were extremely attentive and kind, and my mother and I expressed our gratitude! We will be happily returning in the future to use our new AR credit card! The merchandising & layout was gorgeous as well.
