  Had a great experience my first time in. I bought boots online that I could not get on due to my very high instep. Took the boots in found out this boot is returned often due to such a slender fit. The 3 females that were working eye very helpful. I had given up all hope that I would be able to keep the boots but they suggested we try streaming them which would not impact me returning them if needed. So they fired up the steamer said come back in 30 mins. When I returned they steamed my boots and they slid right on. I recently went back with my son and they helped do an exchange and reorder a different size and made it so easy for us.

  Customer service wasn't the best. We asked for help and they didn't seem to be willing to help us. So we walked away.

  Went in to exchange some boots I bought online. I was very impressed with staff's helpfulness, product knowledge and customer service. I already liked the brand, now I'm completely won over.
