I bought a nice dresser, the guys loading it in broke a massive 2 foot hole in the back with a tool. they looked at it, continued pushing it, and acted like nothing happened. Just insane. no sorry, no refunds, just ignorance and incompetence. I am going to be taking action if this problem isnt fixed
