She was so quick to welcome me into the store and help me find some dresses. She was quick to come over to take my load and get me a dressing room. She was so kind when I was ready to check out and she was helping another customer, letting me know she’d be right with me. I also noticed how well she treated other customers in the store at the same time as me. She was kind to everyone, had a smile on her face, gave them her full attention, and was so helpful and full of positive energy. Definitely one of my better experiences in a store!

Since the receipt clearly says you can get a full refund within 30 days, I went back in to return them. But then the girl tells me I can’t return the shirt because it was part of some weekend deal. When I bought it, no one said anything about that. There weren’t any signs next to the shirt saying final sale/no returns, and nothing at checkout either. If I had known it was final sale or not returnable, I never would’ve bought it. I only grabbed it to see if it worked with the colors I needed. Even when I asked if I could at least get store credit, she said no. Seriously? Why not? They could easily resell the shirt at full price and probably make more off of it than I even paid. But nope. No refund, no exchange, no credit. I was actually planning on buying a few other things while I was there, but after dealing with that, I wasn’t about to give them any more of my money. So I just left. If you’re gonna have a policy like that, put it on the receipt, post a sign next to the item, or at least tell people when they’re buying it.

She kept checking in on us and interacting with us but not too much to make us be annoyed. Their clothes selection was amazing! I have nothing bad to say about this store. My new favorite clothes store by far!!
