  So this review is gonna hit this company hard as well as give many readers a bad look at Murdock due to proof of lies discrimination and out right poor judgment.. Let me start off by saying what you are about to hear comes with proof black voice transcripts and videos. On 8/13/26 My wife and I came into Murdock so my wife can purchase a fire arm the purpose of that fire arm was to protect herself at her business and on the road as she does federal work as in drug testing background checks hazmat and twic cards as well as any and all things that deal with rules regulations of federal laws. During the background check the company got a delayed response for my wife and her background. So we left without them giving us a transaction number or a tin or federal number that is given My wife being as busy as she is asked me to call Thursday evening and Friday evening to check status on background as we was told to check back as we wish. Now here where it is bad on 8/15/26 Murdock employee called my wife as he was very rude didn't allow my wife to say a word he is the gentleman that have the mustache/ goatee and said I called that Morning asking if my gun was ready but it was birthday gift for grandson as I was sitting next to my wife knowing no call was made He said he called ATF and told them we suspicious and to check on us. We asked for the number that called he did not provide till later. I then asked dies my voice sound like the call this morning and him and the younger gentleman said yes. That is a lie cuz 20 minutes later there's called with the number that called them. We called or as we was on speaker and a little old lady answered. Now with that said my wife called 10 minutes after talk to the manager and she said we had that number call. As I'm saying to you I have video text call and eld proof of all the lies. This instant even another firarm. It's another the lies and the way I look. As you to do government work and have did other services. So with that said you decide what's what. As I did call corporate and email. It be one thing to say we don't feel comfortable we can't sale. Ok thank you for too time. But to lie to cause my wife not to protect herself and cause government problems with her business is by all means inhuman and down right worthless individuals

  My husband & I were in Murdoch’s in Rock Springs.. We were headed to our isle we needed & there was an employee standing there with his cart of stock.. Instead of letting us know which way he was going, he looked at my husband saying he needs to move but not saying which way he was going the employee was rude with my husband so my husband was the same way he was treated… The manager of the store came to my husband saying not to talk to her employee like that without finding out what the whole story as to why my husband did what he did.. The employee was the start of words, So if that’s how you allow your employees to talk with customers we will not shop at Rock Springs Murdoch’s no longer

  I called to inquire about a hi vis hat, no luck, but was given a couple other stores in town to check. Unfortunately, I had already checked her recommendations. Upon hearing this, she radioed to the rest of the staff to get other recommendations, and she came back to say they had one tucked away in the hunting section! Grateful for her! Kudos to her for going out of her way to get other recommendations from the rest of the staff. I will add that the register double scanned one of my items, and it sounded like this may be a reoccurring issue with their machines. No fault to the employee, but it may be something for someone higher up to look into.
