  This place is an absolute joke since the new owners took over. Jerome use to care of people and last two times I’ve been in town and asked for help it’s been a disaster. Bought my wife’s wedding band and engagement ring from Jerome and was in Riverton for a couple weeks, went in to have a little band resized and hoping to have it back before we left town… some lady come stumbling out of the back with what seemed like no idea of what she was doing and told me it would be 4 weeks out and it was 308 bucks or I could pay 458 and have it done before we left. I also asked them to look at center stones to upgrade my wife’s diamond and they couldn’t give me any answers at all as to what the options were. Asked if they offered a credit towards a new stone since I bought the last one there. No one had any idea. Told me the owners were in Kentucky at a jewelry convention. Gave them my name and number and asked if they could get ahold of whoever they needed to and let me know before I left town.. never got a call. Small town local business usually takes care of their people, but new ownership has the golden buffalo tanking
