- DTDragon TamerJun 26, 20261.0I will never shop at sportsmans warehouse again! They're website failed and held my money hostage for 10 days when I was told 3-5 days. The store set aside the gun i was going to purchase while I waited for the charge to fall off supposedly but when I went back and they had three people looking for it when they couldn't find it they accused me of smelling like alcohol and told me to come back instead of being honest and telling me they didnt have it. I DONT DRINK AT ALL AND ESPECIALLY NOT AT 9 AM! Website is trash, the employees are rude liars, and the customer service i had to call to fix their mess up was trash.

The two women working were extremely rude, acting like I was the greatest inconvenience to them for asking a question about where items were located in the store. There was not a single other customer in the store, but they seemed too busy with their own private conversation to have basic manners. I found items I needed, but no one came to the front counter, despite clearly seeing me. I left without purchasing.
