  Today is July 3rd, 2026. I am taking the time to write this review hopefully the owners of Lululemon acknowledge and see how their employees are treating their new costumers. This was our 1st time visiting the store as we were on a family trip… My daughter who loves their brand clothes she ask to go shopping there. Well, as we all entered we saw 3 employees, none of the employees welcome us. There was really no customers in the store and they didn’t even say, “Hi!” Or welcome …. As we were looking around I noticed other customers coming in and one of the employees right away welcome them (2 different customers) my daughter needed assistance as she wanted to try some clothes on and we were looking for an employee to help us and I made eye contact with one of them as the other employees was helping another lady. She kept looking at me and sense she didn’t react to my eye contact and I finally asked her for her assistance. When I asked for her assistance her and the other employees looked at me and the employee that was helping the other customer replied with a rude tone of voice and with that bothered look! I wasn’t even trying to get her assistance because I knew she was helping the other customer… finally the other employees came and helped my daughter with the fitting room after the fact that she went to check up on something but I feel like they didn’t want to really help. The customer service we had was not the best! I told my daughter let’s go because I don’t feel welcome here! I really hope this review gets to the owners attention and hired more people with more people’s skills, more friendly and welcome everyone. Most of the store I have been in Jackson Hole the employees have been really nice and you feel welcome specially because you are the customer buying their products. I will never be back to the Lululemon store… We actually visit Jackson Hole frequently as we are Wyoming residents.

  My wife absolutely loves the Pop Up Lululemon we visited a couple months ago in downtown Jackson Hole Wy, and she just asked if they are still there , as we are planning our next trip, and apparently this will be a main attraction for my wife. The staff was so nice, store clean, very upscale, had perfect fit, and was well stocked. Thanks and see you again soon.

  The girls at this store were so friendly and accommodating. The spent quite awhile with me helping me find the perfect bra. Cory was particularly helpful.
