  If you ever have to deal with a manager just make sure it isn't Kelly. She is insufferable. Other staff are helpful.

  I have never had a worse experience with a manager than I did with the woman named Kelly. She is the rudest individual I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I certainly didn't expect to be physically threatened over a simple return. I'm not the only one, I know several people who have started shopping elsewhere because of her. She has no business working with people. The way she was speaking to the employee who actually tried their best to help me was so awful, I cannot believe they employ someone so vile. I will never deal with her again, and may even make a police report.
