- SMS MBJun 30, 20263.0A one-story store with not as much merchandise as I am used to, like the two story JCP back home. Hard to find help many times , and few cashiers. Jc Penny has definitely gone downhill in the past decade, sadly. The hair salon has good stylists, but it'll cost you.
