- QQQueenlolthAug 20, 20261.0I was needing help with a product in the store found an employee with the name James and he has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got tired of his attitude and ended up just stating i no longer wanted that product and would look at others. But it turns out his customer service isnt the only thing terrible. He is also a negative co worker for the other employees. Terrible attitude, very criticizing, and obviously heavy in the department of micro managing. I witnessed zero support from him to both customers and employees. I won't be surprised if this business has a large turn around number for employees because of James attitude. This place is obviously not a great work environment will not be returning due to James actions.

He’s knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to take the time to answer questions and help you find exactly what you’re looking for. You can tell he knows his stuff and genuinely cares about helping customers rather than just making a sale. Great customer service and definitely someone I’ll ask for again when I’m in the hunting department! PSA James is a no go

I watched a manager publicly yell at an employee in an aisle, telling them to go home if they weren't going to do anything, even though I'd seen that worker busy earlier. Publicly humiliating staff on empty sales floors makes for a terrible customer experience. I won't be returning.
