  Extremely disappointed and disheartened by my experience here today. I brought in a great batch of items—including a brand-name purse and a pair of Jordans in good condition, along with several other clean, undamaged shoes. I specifically checked online beforehand to make sure everything aligned with current styles and trends. The buyers didn't accept a single item. Passing on an entire batch of high-demand, trendy, brand-name gear makes zero sense and felt target-driven and discriminatory. It genuinely felt like they were actively trying to block me from making money. It was a complete waste of my time and energy, and I left feeling targeted and unwelcome. I won't be returning to this location.

  Wasn’t as great as it usually was. We bought a few good items for good prices like usual. Only one girl went through the clothes we dropped off. Most of the clothes we brought were more decent than what they had in the store. The most disappointing part of this visit was the Plato’s staff. All teenage girls, making plans for movies and talking about their love lives. Their conversations even continued as one of them was checking plus out. Very unprofessional.

  Well organized and clean store. Seems like a popular spot for school clothes. Dressing rooms available. Sale prices. Friendly staff. Would recommend stopping in.
