I give him five stars, however today I didn't receive any phone calls or any notice about my calibration appointment.. and I went there for it and the door was locked. And it did have some signs hung on the window saying something about mechanics not being able to make it because of bad weather, which that's fine but no one called me and told me that my appointment was rescheduled or changed, and could not get an answer and could barely get anyone on the phone through the Smart start help number so now I've got three days to find out what to do or they're going to cut my car off.. I I truly hope someone from Smart start resist and reaches out to me

How does an Interlock Device work?
When you blow into your Ignition Interlock Device, you're providing a breath test sample in order to start the vehicle. The device then measures your Breath Alcohol Concentration (BrAC), and will either say that you passed, need to retest, or failed. You will be asked to take rolling retests throughout your drive.
