Sent to this garage due to the Waynesburg one being closed, and the Uniontown one being booked out.
I'd assume since this is a national brand they would have some level of inter-state knowledge and have experience with pennDOT forms.
They installed the interlock and then let me leave without the second half of 9108SC section D I needed to apply for an IILL, and are expecting me to be back in 1 month when I can't apply for the license in the first place.

Took longer than scheduled and the test machine you practice on is not a blow and go. You have to hum and blow at the same time which makes it way harder for it to say pass.
