It was delivered as scheduled and when I received a message from my sister, I found out there was an error with my order. I called this EA to follow up on the error and find out what happened, I realized I made the error during the ordering process. The service representative was so kind and even offered to discount the arrangement. Yes, even after I admitted it was my error, she wouldn’t take no for an answer and credited my payment. What a fantastic service experience I encountered with her. She didn’t have to do anything for me! What a great testament to their service expectation. Thank you Scott Depot Edible Arrangements!
