Terrible experience in dealing with this business. I recently had to have my vehicle worked on and they remove the steering column to do so, HERE IS WHAT THEY FOUND PER THE INSTALLER AT THE WEST DIVISION STREET LOCATION IN HUNTINGTON, WV. There are so many things wrong here, bad business, destruction of personal property, and a fire hazard in a vehicle in which my children ride in. PHOTOS ATTACHED

They a rip off locked me out my car with a defective device wouldnt answer the phone all day stayed on hold 2÷ hrs no answer car stuck charged me twice for installation wouldn't accept my receipt for payment and they have alot of hidden fees don't do it
