  This has been my second rude experience with staff. This time, as soon as I walked in with a tote and a half of clothes, one of the girls said, “Oh my god?!” as if it’s not their job to buy and sell clothes. I immediately felt unwelcome and uncomfortable as I walked in. The first time happened awhile back and I brought in two tote bags. One of the ladies working said, “Are the kids out of school or something?” I just don’t understand the rude comments, unfortunately. In addition, today, I was told it would take an hour and 20 minutes for my buy- it took two and a half hours.

  I took 4 baskets of clothes to try and sell them at the store. They didn't take anything, and that was okay. But there were several people working. And not one of them offered to hold a door or help with a basket. Nothing. And even when I said something to them, they said, we Don 't have to ask if you need help, you have to ask us if you need help. I've never came across a more disgusting group of girls with their attitude and their demeanor.I would give this place zero stars if I could.

  I waited for 2 and a half hours and they did something called a "all pass" even tho everything was name brand and in good condition they waited 2 hours to even start looking at it even tho I was originally told an hour and 40. Awful experience

  Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Was making rude comments and trying to escalate the situation. Refuse to help customers because they wanted to gossip with each other then do their job. I really do hope this store goes under due to the amount of other people I see in the reviews who have the same complaints.

  Drove all the way from Ohio to sell some name brand clothes to them and they tell me it’s going to be a 3 hour wait until they can get to my one basket. Waited 4 hours no text message no call to tell me it’s done or anything. Eventually went back in to check on it and they told me it’s been done for awhile. They rejected everything I had brought that was name brand stuff in almost like new condition. They have clothes and shoes in there store that are in way more poor condition than what I had brought. Waste of time, employees were ZERO help. If I could give this place a zero star that’s for sure what they would get. Don’t waste your time at this place. They do this at every location
