- AJAnita JonesAug 1, 20261.0I’m almost 70. Asked an associate if okay to push my buggy through the mall just to go to one place. She said they’re suppose to stay in the store. Guess I shouldn’t have asked. Told her just needed to run to one. Already gotten something at Penneys. She said yore suppose to leave them here for use in the store. I have a hard time walking and it’s obvious. She could have said sure if you bring it back. I just told her because I didn’t want her to think I was stealing something when the alarm went off. As I’m struggling down the mall people are coming back with JC Penney buggy full from the mall towards Penney’s. No empathy from associates at this store.
