- KKKhy3 days ago1.0After finding the merchandise I wanted I had to wander the store looking for a sales person to complete my purchase because all but one counter was abandoned. I finally found the one active counter with 2 sales people there, each helping a customer. There was a third customer in line behind one so I stood in line behind the other for nearly 10 minutes. During that time 2 other customers arrived to complete their purchases both lining up in the other line. After the sales person, a young lady, finished with the customer in front of me she went to leave the check out station when she finally noticed me. She asked me if I had a question to which I pointed out I was waiting to make my purchase. She pointed at the line, which had not existed when I first arrived to make my purchase and stated "the line starts there" to which I replied that I had been standing here for nearly 10 minutes, BEFORE the other line had formed. The sales person shrugged and walked off leaving me standing there. So I simply dropped my nearly $400 in planned purchases on the counter and walked out of the store. I will not do business with a store that employs such rude, dismissive, disrespectful and oblivious staff.
- AJAnita JonesAug 1, 20261.0I’m almost 70. Asked an associate if okay to push my buggy through the mall just to go to one place. She said they’re suppose to stay in the store. Guess I shouldn’t have asked. Told her just needed to run to one. Already gotten something at Penneys. She said yore suppose to leave them here for use in the store. I have a hard time walking and it’s obvious. She could have said sure if you bring it back. I just told her because I didn’t want her to think I was stealing something when the alarm went off. As I’m struggling down the mall people are coming back with JC Penney buggy full from the mall towards Penney’s. No empathy from associates at this store.
