- BBBrittany BartlettSep 21, 20261.0The Maurice's online policy states that the store gives merchandise credit for items with tags (even if there is no receipt or order number). It states that the merchandise credit will be issued for the current price of the item. The manager on duty denied this return and refused to offer a merchandise credit. This is the 2nd time this has happened at this location. When I take it to another site (such as Beaver Dam), they accept the return happily. The West Bend manager was not pleasant and rather rude. Manager on duty was for September 21, 2026 around 6:30 p.m.
