Such a wonderful little store with a great selection. The staff is always extremely kind and helpful! Once I went in with my 1 year old who suddenly needed her diaper changed - I put a toy on the counter told the woman working I was going to run out to my car to change my kid’s diaper, and she offered to let me use their back room, which was very considerate, they even had some diapering supplies! Another time I called to ask if they had a manual balloon inflator. They didn’t, but the owner told me I could come in and get a tool for inflating balls that they had lots of spares for and gave it to me for free. All this has made it so that ruckus and glee is a regular stop for me when I need a present for a kid or when my daughter earns a trip to pick out a new toy by completing her sticker charts. I’m so glad there’s a local option for toys!

Really cute, well-curated toy store with surprisingly reasonable prices and free gift wrap. They do a wonderful job and it’s my favorite spot to buy gifts for kids.

My child, who regularly shops here, bought a squishy sensory toy yesterday that quite literally popped open within an hour of her buying it. The store was closed by this point, so my daughter tried to exchange it today just five minutes ago. She was told they don't accept open items and that they could throw it away for her. Which they did. Essentially eating 10 dollars from a child by selling a defective product. This is a greedy practice and is making it real hard to support a local business. I won't be supporting this one any longer. Good run. You created an Amazon customer in my daughter. Community > Profits.
