I used to go into the suburbs of Chicago to go Doc Marten hunting and found so many crazy deals over the years. I now live within walking distance and dread when I HAVE to go there because of this location. The lack of customer service, especially in the night shift is insane. Having worked in retail my entire life, I'm appalled by the way this store treats their customers. They treat everyone like a criminal. I won't deny that retail does come with AP issues, but not everyone is trying to steal. When I am in the store, I feel unwelcomed. I'm either watched and followed or if I ask questions, they are rude or tell me that I need to help myself. It's unfortunate that I have to write this because the daytime team is phenomenal, but they need new management on the night shift so that they can have a consistent customer experience.
