  My first time shopping here and this place sucks the fun out of browsing the store. I had a dress in hand after 10 min of browsing on my own only for an employee to rip it out of my hands and say "If you want to try it on she would hang on to it." She then proceeded to lead me to a corner of the the store saying my sizes (plus size) was in that area. But it wasn't even a plus size section? It was just a rack of left over sizes? She left me with the racks but I still had two or three employees hovering over my shoulder and continued to ask if I needed help. I did not feel comfortable at all. I left the employee hanging with the original dress I wanted. I met up with my boyfriend in the men's section who was struggling to keep up with an employee pretty much shopping for him as he carried a heaping pile of clothes. He ended up putting it all back and we left without making any purchases.

  Just dropped $200 on fragrance and had to REQUEST complimentary samples - THREE TIMES. I also asked for gift wrap and was handed the wrapped box, no tissue, no gift bag. The samples I finally received were a tiny baggie of fragrance samples, about four, and a cheap, flimsy “atomizer” covered in sticky goo. When I shop at Nordstroms NY or in Chicago, I receive many little baggies filled with nice samples. And this was for Mother’s Day. Disappointed. I used to love Nordstrom’s. I see this stingy sample issue is not unique to me.
