  Just dropped $200 on fragrance and had to REQUEST complimentary samples - THREE TIMES. I also asked for gift wrap and was handed the wrapped box, no tissue, no gift bag. The samples I finally received were a tiny baggie of fragrance samples, about four, and a cheap, flimsy “atomizer” covered in sticky goo. When I shop at Nordstroms NY or in Chicago, I receive many little baggies filled with nice samples. And this was for Mother’s Day. Disappointed. I used to love Nordstrom’s. I see this stingy sample issue is not unique to me.

  Un lugar de tradición pero ya viejo, se nota que sus mejores años ya pasaron, sigue siendo una tienda donde existen ofertas pero ya muy contadas, todo el personal muy amable y siempre con buena atención

  It always feels classy in here. Even from the outside. There are two coffee shops on each entrance (one taking you into the mall and one taking you to the parking lot). I haven’t been inside, but they like nice spots to take a break. Generally, no one bothers you as you browse unless you ask for help. I’ve found it a bit hard to get help on the makeup counters, with some counters being unmanned. I do feel like the staff odd a bit snobbish. Not so much when I am well dressed and carrying a Chanel bag, but when I was running in to grab something quick and dressed in sweats. Just a general feeling rather than at specific counters. So I do feel somewhat self conscious shopping here. There’s an unseen dress code of sorts. Overall, clean, lots of space and easy experience.
