  Would have given 0 stars if I could. I ordered a Father's day present for my husband on June 6th, 12 days before the Father's day. When I placed the order, the website estimated shipping on June 12th, plenty of time. Nothing arrived over the Father's day weekend. Checked on June 23rd - order is waitlisted. Called customer service and asked when this might arrive - apparently it just might get shipped on July 12th. But only if the stars align and gods smile upon me. Cancelled the whole thing, now have to spend more time finding a wallet replacement. This was the first and the last time I am shopping with Madewell.

  I called from another state to check on inventory after my online order was cancelled. The associate who helped me was friendly, efficient and professional....And this was the Sunday after Black Friday - so they were busy! She found my boots, took my purchase/contact information and said it would be shipped out right away. Extraordinary customer service! Thank you!

  I love this Madewell location. The staff is so friendly and attentive. Twice now I’ve gone in for help finding jeans, and both times I’ve left happy and feeling good about myself. I also love their bags. They’re sturdy and timeless. This is one of the few shops that I never feel judged. This will continue to be my go-to for jeans and handbags.

  I want all of my clothes to be from Madewell but I am 1000% too poor and it’s heart wrenching. If I had to pick a store to be my entire wardrobe it would be this 😭
