- MCMichael CarverFeb 20, 20181.0I rarely (if ever) post a negative review. That being said my experience at this location today was so asinine I can't let it slide. I came in to exchange a t-shirt (medium) I had received as a gift for another t-shirt (large). The shirt I brought in still had the J-Crew tags on it. I simply said I received the wrong size and want to swap it for one size bigger. I could not believe it when the woman at the counter said no when I told her I didn't have the receipt. When I questioned why I needed a receipt to exchange a t-shirt (still tagged) for a different size she basically said because there is no proof I paid for the original shirt. I could not believe she would insinuate I possibly stole the shirt! Yes, I stole the wrong sized shirt and when I realized I decided to come back in and try to exchange it for the correct size. Absolutely infuriating retail experience. I will not be back to spend money at this location, and you better believe I will tell everyone and anyone I know not to shop here.
