Their tone came across as unprofessional, and it made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I understand that people have busy days, but customer service should still be respectful. Because of this interaction, my shopping experience was not enjoyable.

The manager came over and usually they want to know what's up. So, I stated that it rang up wrong. She replied "I know. I heard you from the back of the store." That was rude. I am hoh so speak loudly. I wasn't causing a rukkus. She also blurted out "Don't worry, we are taking care of you." Also, in a rude tone and I didn't question if it was going to be fixed. He interaction stuck with me sadly all day. I don't need to be treated like that and am a frequent customer there.
