- AKAudrey Kostroski-GutJul 13, 20241.0Complete lack of customer service! Owner Johnny does NOT CARE about customers & never has. He only cares about making a buck & has never stood behind a defective product sold. Complete scam! The two young ladies who used to run the store professionally when it opened years ago were amazing!!! They were friendly & always went the extra mile to please. It's like pulling teeth getting the salespeople to smile or interact! Store is also opening packages of items that are packaged & sold by the manufacture as a 2-pk and selling them separately to make extra money which according to a company rep is "not allowed." Run, don't walk away from this store & buy products at half the price with an actual guarentee instead!
