I was told they were understaffed and that “the truck just came in,” so they didn’t want to do the paperwork. A six-hour round trip was completely wasted because they chose not to complete the transaction. I understand that busy days happen, but I couldn’t believe they turned away a customer begging to purchase a $1,500 rifle. Very disappointing experience.

I contacted customer service hoping they would offer a price adjustment or allow a return so I could repurchase at the lower price, but they refused both. To make matters worse, during pickup they misplaced the entire top lid of my grill, creating additional delays and frustration. What should have been a straightforward purchase became a hassle from the beginning. I gave Sportsman's Warehouse an opportunity to make things right through customer service, but they were unwilling to help. Between losing part of my grill and refusing to offer any solution after a significant price drop just over two weeks later, the entire experience was underwhelming. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. There are many retailers that provide better customer service and stand behind the customer after the sale.
