Spoke to Shift manager Emma who let me know my email was received and my bin was set aside and will be ready for me to pick up. Exceptional customer service at Plato's Closet. - KZKing ZephryusSep 10, 20261.0its feels very stuffy. too much inventory and not enough space. the employees talk alot in front of you. sometimes conversations like gossiping or talking about others are not converstations you should be having across the floor of customers. the one day i come and the entire store smells like fish. like someone had a lunch break and microwaved salmon cuasing the entire small enclosed area inside platos closet to smell like fish. it was not pleasant.
