  I live an hour from Tomah. I found a dress that only Tomah had. I called to have it put on hold so my hubby could pick it up. When I called the lady was short with me like I was an inconvenience. I called back the next day to have a pair of shoes added to my hold and again she was rude. When my hubby stopped for the pick up they couldn't find my hold. When they finally found it my 11yr old daughter said she thought I was a med so although I had a small held for me they gave hubby a med. So I had to go back an hour away to get the right size. Not a good experience. I'll stick with Sabrina in the Dells or the wonderful girls at West Town Mall in Madison. They make it worth the drive!!!!

  I am fairly new to the area, so this was my first visit to Maurice's and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received from Chris. Chris was most helpful and accommodating. Unfortunately, I'd arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to closing time (5pm on Sundays) and was rushing around attempting to find the items needed early the next morning. Chris was gracious, assured me that I didn't need to rush and, after calming me down, allowed me to browse while making herself available to answer questions and make suggestions. All-in-all, I was in the store approximately 45 minutes and, thanks to Chris's excellent customer service, Maurice's has earned a customer for life! Thanks again!!
