  Shopping at Store 465, customer service was non existent. At check out had a shirt without a tag, the cashier called for help twice. No one came so I walked back to where I picked the shirt up, got another one and back to the cashier. Finally a women Wren show up says the shirt is different but still no one goes to where the shirts were at. Asked for a manager and again asked the employee to walk to the back where the shirts were. So I went and brought every shirt in the pile in that color for them to check. Finally as I’m walking back with the pile of shirts does the Manager Rory show up. Didn’t tell me he was the manager. He started going through the pile and said these are all he same price. I asked for corporates number and he stated I apologized I told him he did not. Called corporate we will see what happens. I don’t expect anything but this is why people don’t shop. Poor customer service!

  I visited Bass Pro Shops today, May 10, 2026, around 6:00 PM, and was disappointed with the customer service experience. There was a very long checkout line with only one cashier working the register. The cashier directed me to customer service to be checked out instead. When I got there, a brunette employee with tattooed arms seemed visibly confused and irritated that customers were being sent over. While checking me out, she made a comment to her coworker Stacy about the other employee who had sent me over, saying that coworker should be able to handle it herself. The attitude and lack of professionalism were very noticeable and uncomfortable as a customer to witness. What bothered me most was the lack of teamwork and professionalism. Customers should never feel caught in the middle of employees speaking negatively about others. We also shop at this store frequently, and this was the first time we have experienced anything like this. I later called the store to report the situation, but I didn’t catch the employee’s name. However, I’m pretty sure the person who answered the phone was the same employee I was calling about, so I highly doubt the complaint will actually be passed along to management.

  The fact you need to sign in at a kiosk (which requires your phone number) to even look at a firearm is ridiculous. Support your local gun store, not this mega corporation. Note: The emplyee/s I ended up working with were very friendly, and this review is purely aimed at corporate Cabelas/Bass Pro Shop.

  Used to love coming here, especially with my dog! But now I don’t even want to shop in store because all the employees are just constantly hounding you about getting the club card… I get that it’s a corporation but I don’t like being followed around the store to try and get me to sign up!

  I went there looking for a cooler and I found one. This is a fantastic place. If you like to go camping this is the place to find what you need. I also checked out there clothes. They also have kids clothes. All I can say is stop by, you will not leave empty handed. Everything is reasonably priced. Stop by you will be glad that you did. I will definitely be going back.
