  My husband and I will absolutely never return to the Racine Sportsman's or any other Sportsman store. While my husband was completing the background check, I walked over by him after shopping next door and was met with the most disrespectful and entitled sales person I have ever met. My husband misread one of the questions and I explained to him what it was saying. At this point, Connor made a strange illegal alien joke then almost immediately turned and snapped at me for talking to my husband while he was answering the questions (I was explaining what the question said since he misread it out loud) he then said "and if you say anything else, I WILL cancel your sale". It's fine if that's against rules to talk during this - I totally get that but he absolutely did not have to yell at me and he had no problem chit-chatting with my husband about things while he was trying to complete the questionnaire. There was no reason to yell at me and go on and on about how he has the power to cancel the sale. If this wasn't one of my husband's birthday presents, we would have walked out of there without purchasing the rifle and taken our business to literally anywhere else. Sportsman's management/ supervisor - if you are reading this, I hope you do immediate course correction. Very interesting that my husband was treated so well during the whole process and I was treated like trash. The icing on the cake? They didn't even take the trigger lock off so we had to return to the store.

  Don’t go for ammo. It’s behind's the counter you’ll spend 45 min waiting to buy ammo while the often lone employee are busy with selling gun stuff
