  I recently bought a She Fish pole. I called to make sure they had one before going and they were great! They even put line on it for me too. Took my pole home and went to put on my frog lure and my line was all over the place. When I took it back to get help the young woman working got it all untangled and told me my drag was loose and a few other things. They were all very helpful!

  Service and treatment suck. Every time I go in there they got another stupid rule about what a customer can look at or ask about. And this is 5th time I've been talked to poorly and argued with by an employee at this store but in this case I was assisting my brother with questions he had about a couple different handgun options he was looking at when a worker behind the counter came up and didnt ask but demanded to see our IDs cause we didnt look like we were 21. I told her im not giving you my ID cause im not buying or even loking at a gun, that im helping my brother by answering questions he has about certain ones he's looking at. She then said we'll I need your ID or your not getting service. I repeated myself and told her that my brother is the customer not me and im only getting a box of bullets for myself for a gun that I already own and im only answering questions he has. She said that she dont care about that so I said fine how about I just leave all togeather and I tossed my box of bullets on the counter and left. As I was leaving she said wow way to act like an adult and I turned around and said if you think im an adult why are you asking for my ID when I told you several times I was only assisting my brother with questions then told her not another word that she should probably watch what she says since cabelas is own for removing employees for being mouthy with customers and im informing there HR and her GM if she says anything else and I walked out and im not ever going back. I will happily drive a bit further and pay a little more to go to a smaller store or a mom and pop store.

  Called to ask questions regarding fishing tackle . Was told by the operator that “ she doesn’t fish, doesn’t hunt , and hates camping . So she wouldn’t be of any help .” Great to hear lol
