  I went in looking for some jeans one day. I didn’t really ask for help but I didn’t know what I needed. I was excited to go, as I had gone with my mom in WA state and they helped us find the perfect fit! No one seemed eager to help me in any way. I wasn’t sure of my size because I recently lost quite a bit of weight. The vibe was off, and it was as if they couldn’t be bothered to help me. I had to fend for myself lol. I ended up buying a pair that I thought fit, but when I got them home I realized they were too big as well as was the shirt I bought. I’m not great at shopping. I went back in to return them, and asked when they normally received their shipment of jeans as I needed a smaller size. She told me they really didn’t have a day, so I told her I would check back. I left feeling uncomfortable both times I was in there. I don’t ever leave reviews, but I actually think about those interactions all the time. I’m in customer service as well. I work at Aldi and we pride ourselves on it. I would never want to make a customer feel uncomfortable in my store. The only time they will see my back is if I decide to return the necklace I bought.

  Had ordered a some jeans a while back. Tried them on they were to big. Stopped in the store to see if I could return them or exchange them. A sales person greeted me right away and she was very pleasant and helpful.
