I thought there was nothing I could do to save them but employee Artemio jr. saved the day! The store was busy but he was able to help me while still supporting other customers. He was able to fix my sunglasses and did it so quick. I am so grateful for Artemio and because of this experience Sunglasses Hut and Artemio will be the first ones I go to for my next pair of glasses. It means so much when you can pop in with a sunglasses emergency and the staff is able to save the day and deliver incredible customer service.

She was so friendly and knowledgeable. I bought a pair of Maui Jim's, a cleaning kit, and a retainer. Very satisfied shopping experience.
- KAKyle AnthonyJul 8, 20261.0By far the worst experience, bought Versace sunglasses from them a year ago with magnetic lenses and one of the magnets fell out of the actual frame with the other side about to do the same thing and was told there is nothing they can do about it. Mind you these are $500 glasses! They couldn’t order the magnets or even give me a discount if I bought another pair! Very poor customer service, was told to contact Versace with the problem!
