  ​I bought a shirt here recently and didn't realize until I got all the way home that the cashier left the security tag firmly attached. Because this outlet location is quite a drive for me, having to make a completely separate round-trip journey just to get a tag removed was a massive hassle. ​When I returned to the store to fix their mistake, there was no accountability. No offer of a discount, no complimentary item, and no real apology for wasting my time and gas money. The lack of attention to detail at checkout is annoying, but the complete lack of customer service to make up for a frustrating situation is why I won’t be coming back. Check your items carefully before you leave this store!
