  Updated: Took a chance and while at the outlet mall now, stopped back in to the store… Unfortunately, nothing changed! Three employees on the sales floor, two behind the counter, just chatting with each other, one walking around… Out of all three, not one acknowledged myself or any other customers that came into the store or in the store. Just went to this store location… Walked in and the two female associates too busy chatting with each other to even acknowledge/greet me. Walked over to look at jewelry, where one of them was standing. Didn’t move or even look at me, and couldn’t even look at what the had really as a result. Walked out and wouldn’t waste my time again at this business

  JCrew Factory is one of my places to go when shopping for my entire family, I usually shop on their website because they have a larger selection of items than the store, but once on awhile I take a trip to the store. Love the quality of their clothes, and the factory prices are very good. Highly recommend this place.
