  stopped by Glik's in downtown Minocqua before an important meeting in town, needing a little help looking my best. What I expected to be a quick stop turned into one of the most memorable customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Taylor and her team were absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in, they treated me like family. Not only were they welcoming and kind, but they also came to my rescue when I realized I couldn't quite get my tie looking right. As a pharmacist, I can handle complicated medication regimens, but apparently a necktie can still defeat me! 😄 Taylor and her team stepped in without hesitation, helped me tie my tie, made sure everything looked sharp, and sent me off feeling confident and ready for my meeting. What touched me most wasn't just the help—it was the genuine kindness. In a world where people are often in a hurry, they took the time to care. That small act of kindness meant more than they probably realize. If you're in Minocqua and looking for great clothing, outstanding service, and genuinely wonderful people, do yourself a favor and stop by Glik's. Taylor and her team have earned a customer for life.   I want to start by say I don't usually write reviews. I think I have written 5. But when someone impresses me like Carissa, the store manager did, I need to say something. First I love the way her store looks . It's neat! organized! and easy to shop! and very helpful! I say this because the day before I was at the Eagle River Store and it wasn't the same experience. I was disappointed and annoyed by the service. (long story) and I don't want to get too negative, but Carissa listen to me and apologized for my experience. Carissa takes her job seriously, and it shows in her staff, in the way her store looks, and the way she presents herself as the store manger. Don't let her get away! THANKS! Carissa
