  Had a wonderful experience working with Rich at Schwanke-Kasten Jewelers. He helped us secure a beautiful Datejust 31 for my wife, just in time for our 25th wedding anniversary! The whole process was smooth, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. Rich clearly listens and keeps clients' preferences in mind. We're already looking forward to coming back soon for our son's and daughter's graduation pieces. Highly recommend asking for Rich if you're in the market for a Rolex.

  We had a great experience working with Charlie on getting watches for our 10yr anniversary. He walked us through all the options. We got to try on several different ones until we found the exact ones we wanted. Had very pleasant experiences in our visits to the store and communication when ordering. Would highly recommend working with their team.

  Tried to visit the location. They were open, I stood at the door. They saw me and chose not to let me in. If they let you in, it might be a great experience, but visit knowing they simply might not let you in to shop. I will not visit again.
