  In my numerous visits to this establishment, I can only say that my experience at Lululemon is akin to a baptism. Lululemon truly is the Mecca of the western world, and upon leaving this establishment I have had the pleasure to experience the pinnacle of clothing world. Fabrics lighter than silk, greetings warmer than angels, and check out experiences more seamless than a serene river, all of your shopping needs will be met. I found it slightly disappointing that I am greeted everytime I walk into the store as I am used to more refined and sophisticated cultures where that comes off as demeaning and pointless- but again, that’s America for you. Nevertheless, five star experience especially at this location.

  Came in on 02/30/26 . Very busy downtown but went into store and Tyler ( store associate) very nice and helpful!

  I was hesitant about going to this location because of parking. That is really the only negative I experienced. My daughter and I came into contact with all 4 employees that were working and each one was very helpful and polite.

  I purchased a Lululemon gift card for my husband for Father's Day from Walgreens. We went to the store in the Third Ward on 6/21 to get a pair of pants for my husband. They did not have his size so the associate said she would order them online. She took the gift card up to the front to place the order online and came back a short time later and said she could not see the card number. She had scratched it off. The first part was scratched off normally and then the remainder was roughly scratched. They said they could not redeem it, gave me an 877 number to call for corporate and see if they will issue a new card. So I did that, and I sent pictures, etc. and I got a response saying that the card was activated on 6/11 (this is when I bought it) and it was redeemed on 6/26. We did not redeem the card so someone at this store took the number and scratched the rest off so it was not eligible. From the reviews, it doesn't look like the first time this has happened with a gift card at this store. Corporate also told me there is nothing they can do and their privacy policy doesn't allow them to tell me where it was redeemed. This is extremely disappointing, and Lululemon has lost me as a customer.
