- WCWalker CampbellMay 20, 20261.0Disappointing experience trying to buy shirts for a trip...one clerk to check-out seven waiting customers on a Monday afternoon. While standing in line, she called for help three times on the intercom - no one came. When my turn came after twenty minutes, one of the shirts was missing the tag, so the clerk had to call for a "price check"...woman who finally came told her to handle other customers while she looked. I decided "forget it" and left. Bought comparable shirts at Sussex Kohl's - three clerks handling checkout and I finished with that in less than five.
- KKKatieMay 17, 20261.0Don't offer curb side pick up if no one is going to bring it out to you. Also, don’t have a separate line for online orders if you’re suppose to go through the regular check out. I did an online order and wanted to do curb side pick up. Waited for 15 minutes to the point my browser kicked me out of the waiting period. Then decided to go inside to pick up and waited in a separate line next to the check out with none of the associates even acknowledging I was there waiting while they took other people that were in the check out line. When I went to ask if someone could help me I was told it was just in the regular check out. I’m sorry but take that sign down or block off that line completely! Online pick up should never have taken me a half hour to get my pair of pants! There’s a reason why JCPenney’s is a dying business.

She's very friendly but what topped it to 5 stars is she was very helpful in helping me figure out my vision which I was struggling with. She wasn't pushy. She figured out what I liked and didn't like and navigated me to what I wanted. Give her a raise and I will be back.
