- SWSlade WalkerOct 7, 20265.0Daniele was super amazing, she told amazing stories, made me feel at home and was super patient with the selection process. She deserves 100 stars unfortunately I can only just her 5!
- AMAnna MannOct 7, 20265.0Daniele was so sweet and so kind in helping me find the right pair of sunglasses that were personal to me. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She shared stories of her home country in Brazil and talked about her father, my experience in the store felt personal and comforting. 10/10 would recommend Daniele as a salesperson.
- BBBuford BakerOct 5, 20261.0I bought sunglasses here on the 7th. The lens popped out while I was wearing them so my mother offered to return them for me. The manager told my mom they were in "bad condition" (no shit, the lens popped out" and thus couldn't be returned. On the receipt it says you can return defective products within 30 days for a full refund which is what my mom tried explaining to this woman. My mom told her that she's terminally ill with cancer and doesnt have time to argue about this when it's so black and white on the receipt. This woman (again, the manager mind you) told my mother she hopes the cancer kills her and she deserves to die if she's acting this way. I'm initiating a chargeback, and would encourage you to stay far away.
