  Each time I have come here Kaylee (unsure how to spell) has been very upbeat, friendly, and charismatic. The other staff have been friendly as well.

  Politely asked to use their restroom when I first came in and was told to my back, “Where’re your grocery bags, homeless lady?” As the group of rude, high school employees that work there snickered. Absolutely no toilet paper in the bathroom. Thanks guys! No one mans the back where the fitting rooms are. I come up front to see them milling around talking amongst themselves doing nothing- one of them casually slurping her soda looking right at me with a smug look on her face making no move to assist me. Really? I made a point to roll my eyes instead of making a scene which I would’ve been justified to do, but it’s not worth it 9/10 Plato’s locations are the same. Prices were outrageous for insanely worn out torn clothing- I’ve seen better selection and value at Goodwill. Please man the stores with RESPECTFUL mature adults please who actually do their jobs without needing customers to delegate and be your unpaid babysitters. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  I’ve been to this location probably close to 100 times and this is why I’m giving them 5 stars. I’m a bulk seller and sometimes the buys are really good and sometimes they absolutely suck. But it’s all part of the game. If they take 30% of the items I bring in I consider that a win because the clothes and styles that I find that I like are always going to be different than what someone else likes. This summer has been very rough for buys, I started coming in 1-2 times a week instead of 4-5 times a week. But it happens, and that’s what a lot of these reviews don’t understand. Running a large eBay and a large postmark store I can tell you there’s slow slumps often times in the summer where you go through less inventory and you take in less inventory. Although it’s definitely sad sometimes bringing in 6 bags and then only taking 12 items there’s other times that over 100 items will be taken. It all averages out and there are sometimes of the year that are slower than others. The store is always clean, organized and well stocked. The only thing I’ll say is that sometimes the men’s department can be a little lack luster but men’s clothing is hard to find! Dont let one bad buy experience dictate your entire view on the store. Honestly I don’t even bring in dresses though we could get them pretty regularly because I know that normally they are harder to get bought. Always remember clothing can always go on sale if you bought a dress for $350 it could go on sale for $50 at any point in time and from my persosnl experience (over 10,000 items sold to various Plato’s) the stores in Wisconsin have pretty good buy prices. Don’t let one semi sour experience change your opinion on this store. Definitely check it out, and understand that it all evens out there will be times when a lot of your items will be bought and there will be times when almost none get bought. It’s not a straight line cycle in reselling there’s huge ups and downs.
