  Do not waste your time coming here , ladies in front in charge of buying the clothes they are so rude they have 7 day return period I didn’t know I paid $16 for a dress and they they bought it back for $3 what a joke ! Also I had a bag of good clothes and a purse they won’t take anything bc only teens and youth ppl clothes they said like if my clothes was from old lady wich I’m not and I have very good taste btw so I was shocked and disappointed to be treated like this !!!! Do not come here !!!!!! Also trained your team better and do better in costumer service!!!!

  Worst place ever to take things in your better off selling on market place. Took some things there and they offer 17 dollars for some brand new timberland steel toe shoes n brand new Guess tennis . Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

  ​I had never been to Plato’s Closet before, but I went twice this week to sell clothes and brought in 9 totes across both days. The entire experience was fantastic, largely thanks to the absolutely amazing staff! ​Both times, the employees went above and beyond. They were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful during check-in, and they remained super nice and patient throughout the entire process. Handling 9 totes is no small task, but they tackled it with a great attitude and made me feel so valued as a customer. ​The store itself is also wonderful. Right off the bat, I noticed they have a huge selection of clothing in all styles, brands, and sizes. It was especially great to see a solid, diverse selection of plus-size clothing, which is really important to me. While you wait, there’s plenty of great inventory to browse and a comfortable bench to sit on if you choose to wait in-store. ​The only minor difference was how my unsold clothes were returned: the first night, they were placed back into the bins unfolded, but on the second night, the staff took the extra time to fold them and put them back in the totes beautifully and organized, which I really appreciated. ​I am so incredibly thankful to all of the staff members who helped me out. I truly hope they continue to maintain this high level of service because they are doing a phenomenal job! Their stellar customer service is the main reason I highly recommend both shopping and selling here.

  Recently visited on a whim. Was left disappointed. For this review I will start with the good. Size. Large store with a vast selection of almost all sizes. Price. Prices are slightly higher then goodwill/ saint vincent/ thrift stores. The higher price is expected as most of the items are "trending." Variety of trending items. Honestly don't care what the social trend is im stuck in my ancient ways of clothing thats cheap, durable and represents my interests. Utterly no selection of carhartt, milwaukee, grunt style, ranger up. That's kinda expected as work wear and tactical cloths are not fashionable. Staff. No idea how they are. I wasn't greated and did not have any questions or purchases so I never interacted with them so hard to say if good or bad but considering Karen's exist. I will always side on the workers side. Who knows maybe I had a upset look on my face and they did not want to deal with me, maybe they dint see me, maybe it was just a bad day. Who knows. Overall thoughts its a fashion store that's better then a thrift store. So some of the pre sorting is done for you. You never know what you will get. Will I be back. Ehh no idea. Its a bit of a drive for me so probably not any time soon. If you read this review this far your nerd and need different hobbies.

  Wow just wow this place is absolutely amazing! When i walked in i was greeted by staff! The store is very well organized with a variety of cute clothes! I will definitely be shopping here again!
