  This company continues to fall short of the standards expected of a genuine outdoor apparel brand. Their lack of meaningful support for the outdoor community is deeply concerning and raises serious questions about the authenticity and quality of their products.

  Kathy was very helpful in finding a pair of boots, a suede protectant, and a leather conditioner. She explained how to order online due to a backstock issue and answered all our questions when needed but didn't linger or make us feel pressured.
